We had an amazing time at the hotel! The beachfront location provided breathtaking views, and the room was both clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, but the dining experience could use a little improvement as some places were better than others. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and the value we received for the money was exceptional.

Our stay was mixed; the Mexican restaurant at Krystal Grand was a highlight, with fantastic service from Denis, making our Valentine's Day special. However, the experience at Reflect Krystal was disappointing overall, from the subpar service and mediocre food to various issues with room amenities. While some aspects were enjoyable, the negatives kept us from fully appreciating our getaway.

I recently stayed at the resort and overall, it was a beautiful experience with breathtaking views and a caring staff. The room we had was amazing, making it hard to leave. However, the dining options weren't as great, especially at certain restaurants. While the pools were inviting, it was frustrating to deal with the chair situation early in the morning. Nonetheless, I would consider returning, as the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.
